For whoever closes the books alone
The list price of every tool your company uses, with the source at the foot of the line.
You send only the tool names and get the sheet back with the list price of each one, the source at the foot of the line and the date it was read.
Snippet same format as the 74
| Tool | List price | Verdict |
|---|---|---|
| Ahrefs | 129 USD | Price confirmed |
| Slack | 8.75 USD per user | Not in the total |
| Zapier | 19.99 USD/month | Not in the total |
Slack and Zapier stay out of the total, and neither closes with a single piece of data: Slack has three open items and Zapier has two, each with its own. The reason for each is in the full table.
The part that is yours
Which line to cut, what to renegotiate and what to cancel is not Expedire's call. That is why the “what to do” column arrives blank on purpose.
Who this is for.
-
A MEI owner, a clinic or agency partner
You know the company's whole value and none of the list price of the 40 tools. You want the number before signing the next year.
-
Whoever closes the month alone
The card statement arrives and you recognise less than half the debits. You need to know where each line came from before closing.
-
A team that wants the inventory before renegotiating
Operations, purchasing, IT. The sourced list is the document you take into the vendor conversation.
What you get.
A sheet with the public list price of every tool, what that price buys, the estimated cost per month, when it renews, and the source it was read from, with the date. A number goes in with its source or comes out written as unconfirmed. The whole catalogue holds 74 tools; three appear below, in the same format as the 74.
| Tool | List price | What the price buys | Seats | Estimated cost/month | Price that jumps | Cycle / renewal | Source (URL + read date) | What to do |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ahrefs | 129 USD Standard | Standard tier | — | 129.00 USD | US$ 0 → US$ 129. The free tier is a few-day trial with a card, not a permanent plan. | monthly / monthly or yearly | ahrefs.com/pricing read on 2026-09-30 | Price confirmed |
| Slack | 8.75 USD per user Pro tier | per seat | NOT CONFIRMED: 45, declared without an anchored source | not in the total | US$ 0 → US$ 8.75, from the 1st active user. The catalogue price and the “Pro” tier diverge from the first-party source (checked on 2026-10-02). | monthly / monthly or yearly | slack.com/pricing checked on 2026-10-02 | NOT IN THE TOTAL — 3 open items |
| Zapier | 19.99 USD/month Professional | per tasks per month | NOT CONFIRMED: the volume was not informed; 4 seats, also without a source | not in the total | US$ 0 → US$ 19.99. It is the lowest tier (“starting from”); on Free, blowing the limit pauses workflows, it does not bill. | — | zapier.com/pricing read on 2026-10-02 | NOT IN THE TOTAL — 2 open items |
- Solid ink: goes into the total, with a source
- Marked background: does not go into the total

Slack · what is missing to close the row
Three open items, and the row only goes into the total when all three close: the catalogue price, which diverges from the first-party source; the “Pro” tier, which diverges too; and the seat count (45), which nobody supplied with a source. Each one asks for its own data. If you supply the source for the seats, that closes one of the three — and the row stays out of the total until the other two close as well. No value was estimated.

Zapier · what is missing to close the row
Two open items, and the row only goes into the total when both close: the tasks-per-month volume, which the tier price does not replace, and the seat count (4), which also has no source. Each one asks for its own data. Supplying the volume closes one of the two — and the row stays out of the total while the other is still open. No volume was estimated.

This is how a number goes in and how it does not. A row only goes into the total when every number in it has a source; when one does not, the row leaves the total and goes to the annex carrying everything that is open, not a single item. Closing one open item does not close the row: it closes the part it unblocks. And what the report says of the list price stands: it is the public reference your invoice can be checked against, and it is not a guarantee that the bill goes down.
What this is not.
-
It is not consulting. We do not talk to the vendor or opine on how you run the business.
-
It is not a promise of savings. The list price is the public reference your invoice can be checked against, and it is not a guarantee that the bill goes down.
-
It is not a contract audit with a vendor.
-
It does not ask for your invoice or your card details. You send only the tool names: no amount paid, no card details.
Price.
In the open, no hidden asterisk
US$ 19/month
The first cycle is the inventory: that is what you judge. Billing starts on the second.
If there is nothing to point out, we tell you before the 2nd cycle starts: no subscription asked on top of a list with no finding.
- 1st cycle The inventory. You judge the list with the source at the foot of every line. It is not billed.
- 2nd cycle onwards US$ 19/month. Billing starts here, if there is something to point out.
How to start.
No signup, no password, no access to the account
-
You send the names.
By email the names of the tools the company uses, or a screenshot of the subscriptions screen. We do not ask for amounts paid, invoices or card details.
-
We build it and read it.
The list with the source of every line and what stayed unconfirmed, written by hand.
-
You decide what to do.
We hand over the list with the source at the foot of every line. Which line to cut, what to renegotiate and what to cancel is your call. The “what to do” column is not a space that came out without text, it is your column. That is why it arrives blank.
If you prefer to send a screenshot, cover or blur the amounts: we do not need them for the inventory, and if an amount comes through by mistake, it is discarded.
We reply within one business day.
